Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, new drops), processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–12 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier performance.


3. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable delivery partners such as:
Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, and others to ensure fast and safe deliveries.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before you make the payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on select products or order amounts during promotions.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you offer COD, use this:

  • COD may be available on select pin codes.

  • Additional COD fees may apply.

  • Orders placed via COD must be accepted at delivery. Refusing COD orders repeatedly may lead to blocking future COD service.

If you do NOT offer COD, tell me and I’ll remove this section.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking link.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.


7. Delays & Unforeseen Issues

RealTeddy’s is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier partner issues

  • weather conditions

  • festivals or government restrictions

  • incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

If your order is delayed beyond the normal timeframe, our support team will help you.


8. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If the courier marks the order as RTO (returned to origin) due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address

  • multiple failed delivery attempts

  • customer unavailability

  • phone number not reachable

  • refusal to accept COD orders

Reshipping charges may apply for sending the order again.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  • Take clear photos/video of the parcel and product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    We will assist you with replacement or resolution based on our policies.


10. International Shipping

If you don’t ship internationally, use this:

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

If you do ship internationally, tell me and I’ll create an international shipping section.
