Eligibility for Returns

Returns/exchanges are accepted only when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery. Notify us at Realteddy7@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. Unboxing video is recommended.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, minor color variations, or damage resulting from wear/use.

2. Return Request Process

  1. Email Realteddy7@gmail.com with: order ID, photos/videos showing the issue, and a brief description.

  2. We’ll review within 24–48 hours. If approved, we’ll arrange pickup via courier.

  3. Return will be inspected upon receipt.

3. Exchanges

If eligible, we offer:

  • Replacement of the same item, or

  • Exchange for a different size (subject to stock availability).

(If you wish to disallow size exchanges or permit size-only exchanges, tell me and I’ll update this.)

4. Refunds

Refunds apply when: damaged/defective item, wrong item delivered, or item not delivered (after investigation). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the return fails the quality check, we may reject the return and ship the item back to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/personalized items

  • Sale/clearance items (unless defective)

  • Accessories or items explicitly marked non-returnable

6. Order Cancellation

  • Before dispatch: cancel within 2 hours of order placement.

  • After dispatch: orders cannot be cancelled. Refusal of COD deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.

7. Return Pickup Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Courier attempts pickup 2–3 times; failed attempts may close the request.

  • Reshipment charges may apply for RTO due to incorrect address.
